** Nightly rates are for the specified number of guests. For additional guests (up to 6 max), an extra charge of $30/person/night will be added.

Booking Details

  • Zero booking / resort fees

  • Check-in time is 4:00 P.M / Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.

  • $70 charge for bookings shorter than 7 nights

  • Minimum 7 nights for ALL holiday weeks and January through April. Booking for both Christmas AND New Year require a minimum 14 night booking

  • Saturday to Saturday bookings, mid January through April

  • $300.00 US refundable damage deposit due with final payment

  • Booking will be confirmed after deposit is received

  • Rates subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed

Booking Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure the house within 7 days of booking, with the balance, plus the refundable damage deposit, due 60 days prior to your rental check-in date.  (Final balance due 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas, New Years bookings.)

Payment is to be made by cashier’s cheque, money order, bank draft or direct bank deposit (if you are in Canada) for the initial deposit and the final payment.  In order to keep costs down credit cards are not accepted at this time.

A refundable security/damage deposit of $500.00 US is due with the final payment and will be returned within 14 days of departure, after inspection of the casa for damage or breakage of items.

The occupancy of the Casa is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and a penalty of $100.00 US per extra person per night will be levied and you could be asked to vacate the premises.

All rates are subject to change without notice, but your booking will be honored at the quoted rate once the initial deposit has been received.

Cancellations

  • A $250.00 non-refundable fee will be charged in addition to:

    • From time of booking to 180 days prior to arrival, 90% of booking is refundable

    • 179 to 120 days prior to arrival, 80% of booking is refundable

    • 119 to 60 days prior to arrival, 40% of booking is refundable

    • 59 or less days prior to arrival total amount of booking is non-refundable

  • No refunds for cancellations for Christmas and/or New Years bookings

  • Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and a confirmation of receipt will be issued.
