To Reserve:

A 50% deposit is required to secure the house within 7 days of booking, with the balance, plus the refundable damage deposit, due 45 days prior to your rental check-in date. (Final balance due 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas, New Years bookings.)

Payment is to be made by cashier's cheque, money order, bank draft or direct bank deposit (if you are in Canada) for the initial deposit and the final payment. We are sorry, credit cards are not accepted at this time.

A refundable security/damage deposit of $300.00 US is due with the final payment and will be returned within 14 days of departure, after inspection of the casa for damage or breakage of items.

A telephone deposit of $100.00 US is payable to the Property Manager upon arrival at Casa Terra if you plan to use the telephone for long distance calls. The balance of the deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of receipt of the final telephone bill. As long distance calls are very expensive from Mexico it is suggested you have your friends and family call you if necessary.

The occupancy of the Casa is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and a penalty of $100.00 US per extra person per night will be levied and you could be asked to vacate the premises.

All rates are subject to change without notice, but your booking will be honoured at the quoted rate once the initial deposit has been received.

CHECK-IN time is 3:00 P.M.

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 A.M.

PLEASE NOTE: As Casa Terra is a non-smoking home, we invite to you smoke outside or on the patio only, please. Well behaved pets MAY be allowed. We require a refundable $250.00 US damage deposit if pets (with prior approval) will also be vacationing at Casa Terra. Please inquire.

Cancellation Policy:

We recommend trip cancellation insurance. Please click on Insure my Trip.com for information. We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:

	During any cancellation, a $250.00 non-refundable fee will be charged in addition to:
	From time of booking to 151 days prior to arrival, money received in 90% refundable
	150 to 90 days prior to arrival, money received is 80% refundable
	45 to 89 days prior to arrival, money received is 40% refundable
	44 or less days prior to arrival total amount paid is non-refundable (89 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
	In all cases, if the property can be rebooked for the exact same dates and at the same rate you will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable cancellation fee
	Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and a confirmation of receipt will be issued.
