Casa Terra, Unit 9-A at La Puntilla, is owned by Dave Ronlund of Port Alberni, on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. He currently spends approximately two months a year at the house and plans to increase that time when he retires. In the meantime, I manage his rentals. As Casa Terra is not just a privately owned vacation rental property offered for rent by owner, but is, in fact, a "home away from home", we invite you into his casa, and ask that you treat his home and possessions as you would your own.

I visit Mexico as often as possible, staying at Casa Terra, Casa del Pescador, Casa de Tres Palmas or Casa Pamela -- all located beachfront in the La Puntilla complex. I also stay at beachfront Condo Oceana in the new Colibri Condominiums building as well as Villas del Sol. The latter two properties are located just 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport in the small town of Bucerias.

Villas del Sol is a comfortable, modern complex of 7 small villas, located just a block and a half from beautiful Bucerias Beach. Six, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villas each accommodate a maximum of 4 people (a 5th person in a cot is possible) and the one studio villa is perfect for a single person or a couple. The La Puntilla Casas, Casa Terra, Casa del Pescador and Casa Pamela each accommodate a maximum of six persons. Casa de Tres Palmas can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Condo Oceana accommodates four adults, Condo del Mar accommodates 6 people while Villas del Sol accommodates up to 4 people in each villa, (2 persons in the studio villa) and offers affordable, inviting and comfortable accommodation set in the Puerto Vallarta sun.

All the properties may available to rent, so if you require accommodation for more than six, (or eight) or accommodation for group parties for weddings, family reunions, or larger group vacations, please send me an e-mail as I can book you into any of these units, or refer you to other luxury homes in the surrounding area.
